    I think it’s an outtake from a past Q or Mojo cover. Within the last 3 years.

    Not an outtake. It was actually used in the magazine “Uncut” in the September 2005 issue. Keith and Paul were also on the cover together. I think that I gave Greg the wrong date when I sent them to him.
