   Markzapp: Well that was Yoko’s ambition as well. And millions of other women, too. And it doesn’t take anything away from Linda as a talented photographer and a staunch advocate for animal rights. She was more than just her marriage.

   Louise, you’re exactly right. Linda was so much more than her marriage. She captured great photographs, she had a style uniquely her own, she was Earth mother, advocate and held her family & friends close to her heart.
   Yes, she married a Beatle and I’m sure that was a dream for many of us but with that came cruelty & criticism from the media and the public in general. Only a woman with great strength & confidence could endure that. She always knew who she was and for that we learned to appreciate and admire her.
