bill was around when they were editing magical mystery tour in soho. i mention him a couple of times in my diary. they asked him to come inside the studio and he was at the hey jude filming thing to which several of my friends (including sue – who probably didn’t see your question) were invited. i was back in rio visiting my family so i missed that.
Anyone ever notice the Beatles started using a lot of Fender equipment between Hey Jude to Let it Be. Just happened that way ? It seems between their amps and Telecaster guitars they were flooded by Fender stuff any story behind it ?
