Looking medicinally prepared for a splendid time.

  5. Jimilast says:

In Guus’s extra photos – is that John’s rooftop fur coat?

  6. mcarp555 says:

The fur coat John wore on the rooftop was Yoko’s.

I like the bottom pic, but John looks ‘wrong’ somehow in the top one. It’s a little disturbing.

  7. Lizzie says:

I think he looks strange in both!

  8. Kwai Chang says:

Maybe somebody got him some psilocybin(magic mushrooms)

  9. Tammy says:

I like shaggy hair John, before it got too long. So John didn’t cut his hair from late 67 till Jan 70?

  10. Jimilast says:

Regarding the fur coat – didn’t he borrow it from Yoko on the day but it was still his coat? (Shared perhaps). It looks large on Yoko in other pics and John wore it also during some of the mad day out 6 months earlier. Apologies for pedantry.

Apart from a trim here and there, I think you’re right, Tam

The older you get the more Incredibly young they look. Like these photos

Hey Lizzie and Mcarp555 – I’d say he looks strange because both pictures appear to be presented back to front. Put them on your desktop – and ‘flip’ them – suddenly John looks a little more normal!

  14. Tammy says:

You’re right Don!, i can’t believe i slipped up, my phobia is reversed photo’s of the Beatles, i think these slipped through because they had writing on them from the Beatle photo vault, another great site.

  15. Lizzie says:

Thank you Don, will do it right now!

  16. Don Percy says:

Hi Lizzie. Only do it if you downloaded Miss Tammy’s original’s – they’ve since been re-posted the right way around!
