Im currently living in Perth Western Australia and I recently moved to a suburb quite near the area Rolf Harris is originally from, I was in the local bar last week and I kid you not there were at a few older guys with the replica Rolf-chin strap-beards!we all ended up having a few beers and it turned out its a fashion that was very big here and still is in that age group, they all knew Rolf and all love him!..I grew up watching him and always thought it was just his style!I’ll bet John lennon had afew digs his way, I read the one about him disrupting the show once with the pa system..Rolf fumed and I believe it was one of the only times around ten that John was seriously put in his place!ha!he was Rolfed!
I love that story, partly because I think of Rolf as a kid’s entertainer and I can’t imagine him using the F word…
Also, wot – no mention of Cilla?
