THANK YOU:

Hi everyone, Miss Tammy has hitched up her ankle length denim skirt, and is dipping her toes back into the land of the living. I want to thank everyone who sent messages, and wrote to me over the past three months, it really gave me a sense and a much better appreciation of what this blog does for people, and what it means to many. I got lovely messages from many empathetic friends, i love how Beatle people really are a cut above your average fan, and friend. I went through a huge loss in my life, the person i could most trust and rely on to support, and love me. At the same time i lost another friend to the same illness, cancer does not discriminate with age. So, again thank you everyone, and thank you for all playing nice whilst Miss Tammy was in the corner licking her wounds, i appreciate not having to deal with any shit storms or mud flinging. So, baby steps as i move towards normality, tho normality has always been a rather fluid concept to me, rather like pashmina being used in my undergarments. So, lets get back to some photo’s shall we?, Miss Tammy is bung full of visual treats, and slowly i’ll have them sorted and presented for us all to masticate over, and have a few hearty discussions about. xoxo

Welcome Back! You were missed, thought of, prayed for and always on our minds.
Thanks for the compliments that you gave to all of us in this wonderful community of Beatle folks. We spoke of you (as you can see) on a regular basis and kept the conversation going with one another over the last few months. They truly are a great group of fans & friends. A daily visit or two to this site keeps us smiling …
I’m so sorry for the losses that you have gone through … hopefully time will continue to be your friend and remember, we are always here to shine a light on your day!
    Blessings to all!

I’m sorry for your losses and, selfishly, glad to have you posting again. I’m glad to hear that Beatles fans provided some measure of comfort to you.

Hope your days get brighter and brighter.

    Miss Tammy,
Glad to have you back among us, even though for us you never really left. Hope your days ahead will eventually fill with sunshine, pizza, and fairy tales. Life is not a cake walk, that’s for damn sure.
We missed you and the couple hundred post while you took time for yourself should show you we care about your little blog. Lol.
Anyway, nice to see you back.

@Ken Ha! It did feel a bit like we kept a party going with the music turned down so Tammy could sleep upstairs.

just got back from macca’s concert in florian√≥polis, south of brazil, and see with delight that you are back, my dear friend! we are family (like in the song) and are always here for each other. i am so very sorry for your losses, and i can totally understand since i lost 3 dear friends in less than a month myself. concert was awsome, i was on the second row from the front, standing for hours in the pouring rain. the only thing that makes me REALLY sad is that i can never get anywhere near him. be well, everyone. going to a birthday party now. more food: all that this very fat lady needs!

lovely to have you back, miss tammy! and vin, it wasn’t second row seats, it’s second row STANDING, and my friends were saving my spot in line (on line?) since 11:00am. here in brazil the whole area on the same level as the stage is standing room only, divided into 2 sections. the front costs approximately US$450.00. i don’t ever pay for paul tickets, i am a guest of the local production. back to the 60′s now, working on the book!

Since there’s 2 Susan’s here, I’m the one from L.A. Glad to see you’ve returned, Miss Tams. I’ve missed you and the blog — almost gave up and took you off of the bookmarks line-up cuz I didn’t think you’d return. Well, not really, I wouldn’t give up on you that easily. Lost my best friend to the C, also my Mum. Not fun, but life will move on and you have a choice to get on for the ride or not. Glad you are back on and looking forward to more pics and comments!

  34. Welcome back Miss Tammy! I hope you had a good rest and got your skirt straightened out. Sorry about your loss, cancer is a horrible thing to go through for both the person stricken and their loved ones. My mom’s two oldest sisters both died from it and her younger sister just finished her treatments.

Thank you for sharing your treasures and spreading some happiness to Beatlemaniacs everywhere!

  35. Guido says:

So glad to have you back tammy! I understand your pain and suffering. I lost my Mom when I was only 7 and it still hurts 14 years later. Cancer sucks. Period. My deepest thoughts and prayers are still with you. Paul and The Beatles makes it all better so I’m happy to see new posts here! Happy Spring! :)
