Regular Stones sax player and played with at least 2 Fabs, John and George. John says “Bobby” right before a sax solo on one of the JL Anthology tracks, but I can’t remember which one.
is that the balcony of the apartment where John & may pang were living at the time? the very balcony where John & May saw a flying saucer one night?
@MarkC ~ He says “Bobby!” on the Anthology version of “Baby Please Don’t Go.” My question: Does he also say it at the end of WGYTTN?
I managed to get a signed copy of Bobby’s autobiography. Very good read, too.
This might be a good pic to wheel out when the “John was too thin at the end” brigade start up. I’ll love to have washboard abs like that (maybe I do, under all the fat).
Bobby played with Ringo as well on Ron Wood’s track “Buried Alive”. Check out the promo video for that song.
I didn’t look it up but wasn’t Bobbt Keyes on the RINGO album from 1973 and George’s ATMP ?

Just checked out Woody’s Buried Alive video with Ringo. Never saw or heard it before. Pretty rough, but good!
