Back in November of 1975 when Wings toured Australia they held a press confrence in Perth, at the time ‘Norman Gunston’ was huge in Australia with his own comedy show, Norman got into Pauls press confrence and totally took over, asking all manner of inappropriate questions which had Paul and Linda in stitches, this is an absolute classic Paul interview and i’ve never seen anything like it since, all Pauls other comedy appearences have been embarrasingly rehearsed like Saturday night live. If you’re wondering about the last photo where Linda is pulling her eyes, this was after Norman looked up at her and said ‘It’s funny you know, you dont look Japanese’

For those unfamiliar with Norman Gunston- he was a creation of Garry MacDonald. Norman did Ali G-type interviews with unknowling celebrities 30 years before Ali G came to be.
Search youtube for a fine selection of Norman’s interviews, but alas not the one with Paul and Linda.

This was the one where Norman asks Linda who her favourite Beatle was, wasn’t it? It was hysterical. The only interview I’ve seen come close was Paul’s appearance on the Conan O’Brien show, Late Night, where Paul caught on quickly what Conan was doing, and played along wonderfully.
Oh how totally depressing to see Paul still son young and gorgeous,and Linda young,alive and pretty,and they look so in love and happy!
