His hair looks really curly in the last one. cool fish-eye camera shots.
Thank you very much for these, I especially like the last one. : )
Lennon played around with the fisheye lens starting in the summer of ’66, it seems. I have one of him that he took himself from the stage at Candlestick Park at the last Beatles concert. Legend has it that Ringo came off the drum riser and posed with the other three for a photo during the set. The camera was set on one of the amps. I wish I could see that one. Anyone have that?
A topless Neil in the second to last shot!
Isn’t there a fisheye lens photo of The Beatles posed together on stage at Candlestick Park in the calendar that came with the “Plastic Ono Band Live In Toronto” album? I think the caption says “Last performance by John before meeting Yoko”? There is a solo photo of Yoko next to that that reads “Last performance by Yoko before meeting John?.
Found the pic. It can be seen here:
and its only Lennon by himself. Its the same pic I had seen before.
Thanks anyway, MarkZapp. My search continues.
You’re welcome. Sorry. It had been a while since I looked at the calendar. Where IS the group photo?????
It’s cool fish-eye camera shots.
