Really, i don’t want to be overt .. and honestly tho i blab a lot, my main facination with the Fabs is always first and foremost the music, but i have to say, this pic of John is making NOT think about the music at all.

    Yeah, per my Mom…..
John was the sexiest Beatle. He was the only one when they were starting out that had some meat on his bones. Later on people started to call him “the fat Beatle” because compared to the others, he looked overweight.

I don’t know about you Tammy, but me wife says that without that sash, John would be doing a great impersonation of Michelangelo’s “David”.

    Totally delicious John, Brandi!

Oh yeh, John is TOTALLY commando under that sarong, and if that’s fat, i am officially morbidly obese :-)

  7. Lizzie says:

you’re very funny, my friend – “officially morbidly obese” – ha! i wish i was anywhere near your weight!

Photos and TV make you look heavier but if you would have seen him in person one would be quite surprised how small he was. John was pleasantly plump and that was only slightly. Frankly, I loved him that way. He was not fat at all.

the “Fat” John stuff always cracks me up. Because he really wasn’t fat. John wasn’t even a wide man with a girth and four chins. He was just a average height and average weight dude. He really shouldn’t have taken it so seriously but it makes sense that he would have.

Too bad that whole “pudgy” thing ever went around or that anyone felt that way. It still happens today — look at ANY “People” magazine. He was healthy and had meat on his bones. I like that in guys, but more than anything, it’s healthier.
