Oh, to have been present for the rooftop concert…even as a pigeon.
Seriously, I once bought a pair of green pants for no other reason that that they were exactly the same shade as the ones George wore that day!

Never seen this angle! Cool
On a visit to London in 1972 I had the chance to go up on that rooftop courtesy of two of the construction crew doing the remodel. I photographed the skyline and the rooftop much like some of the scenes in ‘Let It Be’. They presented me with a blueprint of the building interior when I left, which I still have today. They were good working class lads, those two!
