Last time Ringo arrived in Australia, he has just had his tonsils out back in England, and he rejoined The Beatles on their Down Under Tour in 1964.

actually last time Ringo was in australia was 1982 to record a chat show interview, with Michael Parkinson, at Channel Ten, North Ryde Sydney. Performed “Honey Dont” and few others.
I was lucky to be in the studio audience. And at the end of the show, i asked Ringo, very nicely, for an autograph, which he declined. haha.
