Definitely not NYC. Not even Long Island or Westchester. I always wonder why people who are not familiar with NYC assume that we have things like Palm trees and bushes, as well as outdoor parking lots (such as seen in the photos) right along places such as 5th Ave.

Look at the license plate on the car. It is California, and the trees and bushes in the background in front of Saks are green. Has to be LA.
Technically, it’s Beverly Hills. Looks to me like the Saks Fifth Avenue store on Wilshire…
