lovely photos, the third one was taken by me outside apple. it’s a slide – for some reason i took lots of slides in 1969. it’s anthony fawcett with him. i have to confess it was a bit of a shock to see this photo has leaked online, since i don’t recall making copies of my slides for anyone, which i obviously did. (by the way, of course i’m not mad at you, miss tammy – i know once a photo has leaked, it’ll be all over the place in a matter of seconds).
hi pete! i was in london from february 1967 until late october 1969, with a few months in brazil in mid-1968. i can’t wait to finish it… with photos and other images in almost every page, i guess my designer and i came up with a book that is really hard to put together. but it’s coming out very beautiful! i hope you all will enjoy it. even my silly little girl diary entries of “i love john” and “i almost died” when he smiled at me… be well, everyone.
Lizzie, if I weren’t in pre-school in California at the time, I would have been there with you writing “I love John” in my diary, too! When the White Album came out, my sister put the photo of Paul over her bed and I asked for John’s picture, which stayed on my bedroom wall until I moved out of my parents’ house about 15 years later! I, too, am anxiously awaiting your book…
oh cara, that was so sweet! i guess the people who will most understand my book are girls/women who were/are in love with one of the beatles. you all will understand how i felt. by the way, the pictures from my white album are still inside it, intact! and i wonder why i didn’t ask them to sign that one too. i had abbey road and pepper signed.
John’s strung out state at Twickenham (in the first pic taken on 14 January 1969) is not a pretty sight.
@A Car…
I’ll second that!!!
Happiness Is A Warm Nod…
Still running from the big cold turkey(gobble, gobble ga joob)
Anthony Fawcette or Elliot Mintz in bottom photo?

Great set of photos, I especially like the second one. : )
Nice photo Lizzie! So you were there in ’69 too? I *can’t wait* to read your book
Cheers!
