Wanna look young?
Let that hair go silver…
I have to agree with you on that post Kwai – he would look so much cuter with letting his hair grow out gray – not that’s he cute he (still is) but it would
be a ‘warmer’ look on him
I don’t want him hurt.
Industrial chemical concoctions are not safe.
And, dyed hair looks like what it is.
The only real way to stay young is to NEVER give up your ideals of youth. Do you really have to admit that the world is ugly, harsh, demanding, etcetera? Or, can we really believe in magic forever?
It’s all in the eyes(“of a child”)
It is VANITY that makes a person grow old!
Nip and tuck WHAT?
My ideals that keep the magic alive?
Paul just doesn’t believe it…
He would look younger if he did!
“Paul Is Dyed”
Why don’t you all say the same thing about Yoko and Ringo whenever there are recent photos of them published here. Ringo dyes his hair and has for decades. Ringo also dyes his beard. And Yoko also dyes her hair. Yet I never see comments about them.
It’s his hair. He can dye it pink if he wants to. Just like Ringo can insist on always appearing in sun glasses. And Yoko can insist on always appearing wearing sun glasses, sun glasses, cleavage in full view, and strange hats.
Why pick on Paul always? /grumbling
I meant no harm. Have no fear…I will tell them.
Thanks for the reminder!
I put more dye and chemicals in my hair than is held in a toxic waste dump, i’ll never bag Paul for his dye jobs.
No one’s picking on Paul. I too think he’d look better with gray hair, but not for the same reason as Kwai. I just think it would look better on him, like when he was in his 50s and started going salt and pepper. Of course he can wear it however he wants, but we’re all entitled to a loving opinion.
Tom Jones took the plunge a couple of years ago, went from jet black to white overnight. Looks loads better/natural, albeit like a negative of his previous self.
But anyway, it’s not hair that Our Paul will go down in the history books for.
I think Paul’s hair of recent years has been styled far more professionally than a few years ago, the longer length suits him. But I reckon a dark blondish/mousy/ash brown blend would suit him better than dark brown. Just sayin….
At least I didn’t say that he’s more popular than Jesus!
“We’re all entitled to a loving opinion.” Why? Why are we entitled to pressure someone online about how they look or dress? I’m not sure how loving it is. I would not like a bunch of people I don’t know to debate my looks or hair color on a public forum. We all know the Web is just about allowing people to sit in judgment and say in relative anonymity what they would never be rude enough to say to someone’s face.
And I notice on this blog that when posters have offered the loving opinion in the past that John Lennon looked emaciated and unhealthy in 1980, they always get criticized here for saying that. But apparently it’s OK to offer loving opinions about Paul’s hair.
I think at 71 years of age Paul has earned the right to not be judged on the superficial. He’s not putting himself out there as a hottie or a sex symbol. He’s not posing in skimpy bathing suits. People who have opinions on how a 71 year old legend looks should keep them to themselves. At 71, you shouldn’t have to worry about this garbage anymore.
Well said, Louise.
I wish Paul would get his nose pierced.
Paul rocks. It’s his world and we are welcome to coexist with him. Be thankful. Personally, I think he has looked great for the last 6 or so years. The hair is fab. He looks like Beatle Paul only older. Enjoy.
i’m 62. i dye my hair. i’m not ready to go gray, though many of my friends have and i think they look lovely. i’m just not ready yet – maybe paul isn’t either.
Keep your hair the way its is, don’t do a keith richards
As long as he is alive and well, his hair coloring we shouldn’t give a f—k what he does with it.
I am with Louise…
As long as Paul is happy and well, that’s what matters.
