Cara…
it will wear off…
(I don’t think anybody has any…BUT there’s that horse)
I know the feeling…(literal panic…)

Horst Fascher wrote in his bio, that he/or his wife/ child (can’t remember) had health problems and needed a lot of money for an operation.Paul paid for it, so they had some sort of realtionship…… cheers to you all Berh
after the Beatles made it big Horst Fascher left Hamburg and the Star Club, which he managed successfully ( from bouncer to manager) and went on to manage Tony Sheridan’s ( remember the Beatles’ Hamburg recording My bonnie, etc) music career. He went to Vietnam with Sheridan to play the US military bases and what he went through reads like fiction story, but it is true and confirmed by Sheridan. Do read this book , it is amazing……. love you all and this site, thanks for all this fantastic pics Berh
Any ideas where/when this was taken?
Got me buggered .. i have pics of them together in 1989, but they both look older, Paul is kinda 79-ish no?
Yes that’s what I was thinking.
yeah, 1979. Paul’s look is very “Back to the Egg”, and Horst is wearing some 70′s style clothes.
It has to be the 1970′s. Paul’s hair was much longer in 1989.
forgive my asking, who is Horst?
Bouncer at the Kaiserkeller, no?
Yes
Paul played in Hamburg in ’79 on October 3 & 4… so maybe that’s where the photo was taken?
Where did that info come from?! Wings only played in the UK in (Nov-Dec) 1979
Three drinks and Paul is anyone’s.
Oh, now I see Cara, you meant ’89. I think the ’79 dating is correct.
Oops… you are correct indeed. I typed in error… ‘Twas ’89, not ’79. Guess I got overly-excited thinking I had info Datey didn’t. lol
