    this must be hampstead heath. i don’t remember primrose hill being like that, but then i haven’t walked there in a loooong time and could be wrong. we used to follow him there when he went to walk martha and PRETEND we weren’t – it was sort of ridiculous… look away when he turned around and stuff like that, we’re just walking in the park, right?. “don’t follow me” he would say. ok, paul. “taxi! follow that car!”. that’s being 15 in 1967 for you. beautiful photo.

  4. Oh Lizzie, to have been your eyes for a day in 1967 . . sigh.

  5. Oh Kwai, ‘The fog dog’, love it :-)

    @Tammy: Dutchess Of Oven…
    I was thinking that Martha’s hair in her eyes (BUMP) must be like walking (BANG) around in a very (BOOM) heavy fog…

    Lets face it Kwai, I think Martha consumed more second hand choof than you and i could ever dream of :-) sharing a house, a car and a stoner dome with a master and his friends who’s eyes were never less than sparkly, I think it’s a safe bet that Martha had a permanent case of the canine munchies. Woof woof woof woof, woof woof woof woof. Woof woof woof woof, woof woof woof woof! (Translated from Martha “The judge WAS a great guy, now get me another Schmacko!”).

    dear miss tammy, i wish you could ALL have been there with me… 1967 was the best year to follow the boys around, they did so much! the only thing i can do is share my diaries with you. when? i don’t know yet… by the way, i just read on the curvbender site that henry grossman’s book is SOLD OUT!!! and i was still hoping to buy it one day…

  9. Since 1963 says:

    Never mind Grossman. I want YOUR book, Lizzie! :)

  10. Lizzie says:

    i want it too, since – it’s getting there! if i could just work on it and not do anything else, it would have been done years ago. it’s the multi-tasking life that kills me!

  11. Pete F. says:

    No worries Lizzie!
    One day it’ll be done and I’m sure it will be a great read!
