I wonder why Paul felt only he and John felt that way about losing Brian.
I could have sworn that I’d seen PETER BROWN saying this somewhere before. Which makes more sense to me. I always thought that Paul and Brian weren’t very close …
You know Leah, you just might be right, i saw the quote attributed to Paul, i thought it was from ‘Many years from now’, but maybe, probably not.
when someone helps you reshape the planet…
you become close
Brians thinking, “oh, how I wish I could blow that horn”
I always find these 1967 pics of Brian very sad; he brought so much joy to the world, but in the end couldn’t bring it to his own personal life. Another one of those “what if” scenarios in Beatle lore… peace be with his soul.
Looks to be around the time of All you need is love. Is this possibly the last photo of the Beatles with Brian?
Brian’s look of adoration at Paul kills me. He loved his boys so much.
I think you are right – I found two other pics from the same session, so it has to be one of these – definitely from the All You Need Is Love time frame based on the poster you can see in the background in this one:
And here is the other:

he certainly did, kim. and who could blame him?
EMI Studio One, 26 June 1967.
I’m sorry for the typo, its 25 June.
