I’ve always wondered if there was any footage or audio from the press conference J & Y held in Japan (can’t remember if it was ’76 or ’77… possibly ’77, with an Elvis death quote from John?).

Oh, this is a good one, never seen this before. John always looked so healthy and relaxed on the Japan trips.

It looks like it could be the coffee shop/restaurant they used to cycle to in Karuizawa, Nagano. The kanji behind suggest as much.
1977 photos of John are so rarely seen. This is a look of his I had never seen before.
