I’m still glad the movie was black and white…
(what little old movie?)
Sure it was cute and “artsy” in b/w, but the real reason it wasn’t in colour was that no one wanted to spend the extra cash for colour. I for one would have loved to see it in full glorious colour.
so, that’s what the beatles look like in color…

‘A Hard Day’s Night’ is still wonderful to watch. It always takes me back to exactly how I felt when I was first introduced to the songs and the film. The end of the movie is incredible … the band singing, the fans screaming and the famous Beatle bow at the end of ‘She Loves You’ … nothing on film can beat the excitement of that moment!
