   I dunno Datey, i thought so .. it came from a magazine from waaaaay back, but i don’t think i’ve seen this in any of Bob’s books, that’s not to say it’s not one of his, because he was there this day too .. it probably is one of his now that i think about it

   I’m not claiming any knowledge regarding Gruen…BUT
   this looks like it came from one of those copyright leniant but great Japanese publications…this one called ‘The Beatles’…
   a retro 80s affair…and on the solo page for John…there appear to be captions to the photos but I do not see his name…but there is another pic of John in same clothes in a room with a David Peel-Pope Album poster on the wall and the two kamikaze helmets from the power to the people sleeve on top of a file cabinet that John is leaning against…
