Intermission/ End of Intermission……………
Probably one of fav sequences.. Like the beginning of the film with the older ladies waving, so very Goon Show/British..
i love those two little bits too!!! and the one of the mother scrubbing the red paint from the daughter in a bathtub.
Loved this scene in Help!, thanks a bunch for posting this. : )
Is this an actual lobby card?
The picture looks ‘cut and pasted’…
Ringo looks way stoned.
And, where’s George’s legs?
I will have to find the HELP dvd…
It is very cool part of the movie-
I’ve always wished the intermission was longer
(if memory serves):
In the intermission, John is playing Ringo like a yoyo…
I’m not sure this image is from the intermission frames in the film.
(obviously, from unused intermission footage or snaps)
It’s legit Kwai, it may not be a capture from the film print, rather a stills photographer, but it’s from the Intermission. George is knealing, so his legs would be behind him.
I’m despondent again. I’ll bet Lester shot enough silliness in just this one location to create a whole Beatle Music Video clip – sadly, all the unused rushes were thrown into a skip…:(
“In the bluebells… That was me.”
I would give a kidney for the chance of having been there with them.
I was considering a multiple ‘Prrrrt’ for this, but it got too complicated
