  1. A Car And A Room And A Room And A Room says:

Would this be the ‘It Don’t Come Easy’ session, 18 February 1970?

  2. Tammy says:

Ah yes!!, probably is!!, been wracking my brain trying to place it, didn’t think of that. Stephen’s playing bass, did we know that?.

  3. Hitachi says:

The pic I have actually says “Olympic Studios, Feb 1970” so it must be the Ringo session. Was George on Stills’ first album sessions at all which were recorded around this time? Also I think Stills bought Ringo’s house which Ringo had gotten off Peter Sellers? Hard to remember as my once computer-like Beatles history brain is slowly turning to mush lol

  4. MarkC says:

    Doris Troy session?

  5. A Car And A Room And A Room And A Room says:

Only Ringo appears on Stills’ debut album, not George. Could be a Doris Troy session. And yes, Stills did buy Ringo’s old house in Elstead, Surrey that was previously Sellers. He apparently had the words “with our love, we could save the world if they only knew” written on one of the walls.

  6. Kwai Chang says:

Thanks, to those Beatle Detectives that commented above. I’ll read all of that you can offer. Peace, mates!

  7. Johnny Silver says:

    George: “We need Geoff Emerick!”

  8. nick says:

Yes, it’s from the Doris Troy sessions. This same picture appears in the Apple release from two years ago.
