24th December 1964, Rehearsals for the Beatles’ Christmas Shows, Hammersmith Odeon Theatre, London. Because of the success of the 1963 Christmas Shows, Epstein decided to repeat the formula, including the sketch part. This year sketch had them dressed as snowmen, which the group hated.
They hated the sketch, not snowmen.
