A J-200 has a bound headstock and crown fingerboard inlays.
Harrison received Lucy already with chrome Rotomatic tuners and a Custom truss-rod cover.
A J-160E has a trapezoid inlay at the first fret.
That is his 1964 Gibson SG, the one he gave away to Badfinger’s guitarist.

That top photo, is it “Lucy”? I’ve always wondered why the fabs traveled back and forth to the studio without putting their guitars in their cases?
Top photo – looks like the white 28IF Beetle behind George.
The guitar’s not Lucy. It’s an acoustic Gibson J-200.
