“Dear One” or high five?
(never seen any of these before)
Thank you, Greg!
There goes George again – smoking! Why did you have to smoke?
That top photo, is it “Lucy”? I’ve always wondered why the fabs traveled back and forth to the studio without putting their guitars in their cases?
Top photo – looks like the white 28IF Beetle behind George.
The guitar’s not Lucy. It’s an acoustic Gibson J-200.
A J-200 has a bound headstock and crown fingerboard inlays.
Harrison received Lucy already with chrome Rotomatic tuners and a Custom truss-rod cover.
A J-160E has a trapezoid inlay at the first fret.
That is his 1964 Gibson SG, the one he gave away to Badfinger’s guitarist.
I stand corrected! Thanks Henry.
that’s just awesome…
(I never get enough henri…I wonder if a sack of carrots or apples would get him to say more)
