    I believe it was taken in New Zealand 1964… They are using the famous Vox trolley stands for the Vox AC50 head and cabinet.

    It’s the Prince Of Wales theatre London 31st May 1964, but I have never seen this actual picture before.

    yes it´s the Beatles live at Prince of Wales theatre London 31 st May 1964.In the beatles book ” THE BEATLES UNSEEN ARCHIVES” there
    are two photographs of the beatles preparing the perfomance on this
    theatre, but this one in colour is very rare.
