Does anyone know WHEN in 1971 John and Yoko went to Chicago? I can’t find any information about this in any books.

It was the summer of 1972 not 1971
That denim jacket gets a good airing 4 years on.

This was most probably June 1972 during their cross-country trip in a Chrysler station wagon en-route to California.
