CHICAGO AU GO GO PT-2:

Many thanks to my buddy, friend and pal Sue Ullenberg for taking these photo’s, and alllowing me to post them, Sue is an expert Macca posteriour snapper, she also got in a quick snap of the sole of Paul’s Beatle boot for all us Macca foot fetishists out there, how quaint he still has his heels nailed, the sign of a true traditionalist.

He sings, he plays, he writes, he drinks water. Is there anything that this Rock icon can not do???

  5. Chris says:

Ever stop to think how different Paul McCartney is from Bob Dylan? I love them both. But they are so very different when it comes to personalities. They are both geniuses though!

  6. Ines says:

How much is cost Paul’s concert now?

  7. Sam says:

Ines, it’s certainly a lot of money. It cost us about $200 for one seat in the stands! Floor seats were like $2,000 or something! I was there for the first night of Paul’s recent performances in Chicago, and he was freaking awesome! Paul didn’t take one break or drink of water the whole performance! (not counting the small break between encores!) I don’t know how he does it, but I hope I look as good as him when I’m 69!

  8. Chelsea says:

@Sam: I’m sorry you paid that much for seats in the stands. Floor seats were $250, except for the first row, which was $2,000. Seats in the stands started at $35.

Love the last one. Paul wiggled his tush for us at Yankee Stadium last month too!

  10. Ines says:

Yea, I know that he is amazing but the price is very high especially for student who hasn’t got too much money… Now I’m little impatient when he will have concerts in Europe. All that remains for me to do is to wait and save money fot the best event in my life, I hope.

  11. Another_Fan says:

Holy crap that’s expensive! And I thought that my $100 ticket back in 2009 was a lot..
@Ines: I didn’t have the best seats with my ticket as I live in the Netherlands and the Dutch people are TALL. But still, I had an amazing time! He’s an awesome performer. Really, I hope you get to see him!! :D

  12. Mariana says:

I don’t think Paul ever looked that good since late 80s/early 90s

  13. Gloria says:

I think he is an incredible performer! The best concerts I have ever attended where his in Québec City (2008) and in Montréal (2010 & 2011). Merci beaucoup Paul!!

  14. Kristen says:

Thank you so much for making an exception! Seeing Paul live for the first time was such an amazing experience. I can’t see enough pictures or videos of Paul in Chicago.

  15. Sue says:

Thanks for sharing my pics. In the great sign barrage at this show mine read “Turn Around and Bend Over”. Being Mr. Modesty, Paul pretended to ignore it. But he just can’t resist shaking those tail feathers you know, Took almost until the last song, but(t) he did whip around and bend over so I could get the money shot. And yes, I did notice the Beatle boots feature nails in the heels. He probably has them handmade by the same bootier that did them in the ’60s. Anyone have any more info? Enjoy those sweat stains too…mmmwah! (heat index was 106 at showtime)

    @Chelsea:
I’m not sure how much the tickets, exactly cost, my uncle bought them for me.
