This was taken January 7, 1967 at Sunny Heights for the Daily Mirror. Ringo had been served a writ by a landscape gardener for unpaid bills.

Was the photo TAKEN on January 7, or just published? Can’t tell, he might be at EMI
Not sure about the date but it is not EMI – larger versions of the photo show Ringo standing in front of a door that does not look like EMI.
It’s definitely outside Sunny Heights, his home.
