Going out on the town?
Maybe a Jimmy Buffet concert!
The attire doesn’t match the era!
Any help is appreciated.
(or, is this an unused shot intended for Imagine album free postcard?)
I can’t make sense of it…
Taken in Cannes, France, may 1971 when they were there for the film festivals. Some of John and Yoko’s films – including “Fly” – were entered that year.
Sorry that should have been film festival – I believe the other film was “Up Your Legs Forever”
That is incredibly fierce information. I didn’t believe the picture was real.
I thought someone photoshopped the heads onto a Hawaiian postcard. Anyway, I am very grateful and very, very impressed!
Absolutelt NOT Cannes, but you’ll have to wait until the publication of LENNONOLOGY to find out when and where it really is. (I know, I’m such a tease).
