I’m always amazed at how in the first year (1963-64) the Beatles were able to shoehorn events like this (at Australia House, Strand, London on 22 April) into an already overbooked schedule – filming, recording, awards, etc. Because the Australian tour was looming it was obviously considered good protocol by Brian.
GREAT quality pics these: stands out a mile when you see something taken on medium format (2ΒΌ inch square) film. TONS more Beatle detail. Likewise, the 2 ’65 shots above… Ta for posting TT.
