Fantastic! I love Astrid’s work and would love to have a wall size print of that.
The story of Astrid & Stu is beautiful and tragic at the same time. Astrid’s photo’s are certainly essays & a loving testament to the time that they spent together. By all accounts revealed, their attraction was immediate. Along with Astrid photos, Stu’s letters express poetic impressions of his great, heartfelt love for Astrid.
They were beautiful in mind, body & soul.
This is one of my favorite portraits af all time. Her composition and is always top notch. Stuart was so beautiful, I don’t think he ever took a bad photo.
Wow.
Okay, so we finally get the whole photograph. This merely suggests a thousand new questions. Simply put, this is the epitome of what photography is all about. Image = message = symbolism. Too cool. Greg, very awesome. I think this is my favorite of all that you’ve done. It’s that heavy.
Now, anyone dare to comment on the hands of Stu? Is that symbolism known only to Astrid. Remember…she’s ‘Exie’!!!
Wow (again)…and what of Astrid’s hands? Nah! It’s all in my head…
Astrid finally gave up on photography. Beyond tragic.
Don’t make me explain…
