Who is that tiny left-handed guitar player in photo #3 at the bottom right corner?
George looks so much better with long hair and a beard than John ever did. Short hair suits John better, me thinks, but on George, I'll take the long hair any time.
That's Paul, Markzapp! The picture is on the background from one of his concerts.

George looked good with long hair, short hair. I believe he would have looked good with no hair. He just looked good. Paul and George was the cream of the crop. Simply beautiful men.
Thank you. I KNEW that it was Paul. I was joking. I was AT The first New York concert on July 17. My ticket is 18 inches away on top of my computer tower.
I wonder if these pictures were taken while John was still in hospital in Scotland following the auto accident. He didn't join the Abbey Road sessions until their second fortnight.
Just because John isn't in the photos doesn't mean he wasn't there on that day. I don't see Ringo in the photos either but he probably was there.

maybe not. but since 1) john missed so many of the AR sessions, and 2) since this album featured sessions where sometimes as few as only 1 Beatle was present, it's a valid comment.
And they are smiling a lot, which reading all reports (Lewisohn/RT Beatles)the mood was frosty when JL and YO entered, they may have been curteous to each other but maybe no more, and do we also not think L Mc took them which edges it to most likely scenario is JL absent.

if not all of the pics, it's safe to assume that pic with ringo is from the earliest part of the sessions. since the beard has yet to be grown.

That is a different session. George has a different shirt on in every photo.
i'm sure the top pic is from the early a.r. sessions when john was still in the hospital. it's probobaly when they recorded golden slumbers because there was just the three of them. there's a pic of george playing his fender bass from the same day in one of the lewishon books. a friend
