Well, if we weren’t already at Heaven(‘3’)
then, I’d be interested in hijacking that EMI truck.
Which reminds me of a 59 VW bus I saw that was decked to micrograms…
the bumper sticker read: “Driver carries no Dead tapes”

Wowsa! Paul’s elusive Corniche. Never seen these. I love this site!

It would probably take longer to park that RR in that tiny car park than it would to simply walk from Paul’s house.

Assuming Linda is preggers in the pics which she kinda does then these were possibly taken during Wings Wild Life sessions at Abbey Road in July/August 1971.

I think you’re spot on, Hitachi. The hair looks right for this period too.

According to the DVLA Vehicle Check Pauls is a 1969 model and was last on the road in 2003.
I wonder if he still had it then?

  7. Guus says:

The car was photographed in East Hampton, Amagansett, Long Island recently.

  8. Yep, i’m thinking Wildlife.

    Car nerd info:
Since Rolls-Royce didn’t use the name Corniche until 1971, Paul’s car was a Silver Shadow Mulliner Park Ward drop head coupĂ©. I stand corrected. lol

    And so it is. :)

  10. Lordcat says:

The car must of left the UK in 2003 then and not been scrapped!

I will ask Paul when I see him Sunday night!
