I saw this one at Sara’s and I see it again: I can only say OMG!!! He looks absolutely stunning… Yoko looks good too. I wonder where/when?

  2. Cara says:

I concur, Lizzie! Gorgeous photo. Maybe they’re just returning home from Cafe La Fortuna and a quick stop at the news stand?

I just love this photo! A big thank you goes out to Brian V. again for sharing it with me. I wish he knew more about the photo. Lizzie all we know is that it was taken before December 1976 (as that is the date stamped on the back) and it was taken in New York not too far from the Dakota and John is holding a Sunday edition of the Daily Mail.

Miss Tammy—thank you for all the support of my blog! I love how we are able to work together in posting rare photos and spread the love of the Beatles. I wish I could say the same about all of the Beatles blogs out there.

    Much love to you all,
    Sara

  4. No probs Miss Sara, I merely bask in your reflected glory, for you are the cats whiskers of Beatle blogs. Thanks for noting who’s photo it was, that one slipped by me. I don’t know what it is about this photo, but something in it wipes away the bullshit written about Johnn and Yoko, the rumors of discontent etc, this pic captures a moment of genuiness between the couple, a closeness and happiness.

Love love love Sara’s site I just wish it was easier to comment on her photos like it is here

Thank you Sara and Tammy for all you do !!

Not to take over this thread, but what is the issue with the comments, Jeff? Is there something I can do to make it easier? I had to make it so that I have approve all of the comments because someone was leaving racist things on the blog and it was just easier to make it so that I have approve all of the comments. I try to check for comments 5-6 times a day. Would it be easier if I removed the approval and just tried it without and see what happens? Feedback is always needed.

    @ Sara
On beatle photo blog you just need to enter your email address and then you can comment.
When I try to comment on your site it wants my google account info which I don’t use but I enter what I think it is but my comments never seem to appear?
Not sure if other people have similar problems but I never seem to see many comments on your page.

You have so many great photos and articles that more comments would definitely improve the experience :)
