Brill stuff, Tammy – a fascinating document. Looks like it came from Peter Brown’s dept.
pete bennet???
Peter Brown .. i think?
Yeh, i’m with Datey.
It came from the London Apple office. Bennett was working from the New York office plugging for ABKCO
keep an eye on me guys…
(if I wander out into traffic…we may need the rent-a-fence)
Excuse me if this is a silly question but why are John and George the only 2 listed as directors at the bottom of the letter?
great stuff, i’d never seen it before.
Thank you for these. : )
It isn’t Peters Brown or Bennett, it’s Peter Howard, Allen Klein’s sergeant-at-arms.
Paul and Ringo were never directors of Apple Corps Ltd. The important detail was the shareholders, not the directors, and this, for sure, was all four Fabs.
A Car reverses and defers to the Zepmeister – many thanks for clarifying.
Thanx, James Patrick…
all that glitters is gold!!!
There is a copy of this same letter in the Beatles Anthology book.
I’m going to focus on the picture: John had some puny muscles, but nice Yoko promotion with that shirt. I always have great admiration for his pride in his wife.
I COME HERE TO ESCAPE!
