Probably Ringo’s MOST handsome picture!
His eyes were blue enough to dominate Hollywood.
Thank God, they didn’t notice him.
He IS everything they require…and, he can do it ‘naturally’
God but they were cool.
My favourite period of John’s.
If I’d have been one of them on this tour, at every photocall or press conference I’d have been saying “Listen to the new album, quite simply the best the world will ever hear – ever”!
I just bought Klaus’ new book. Looking forward to reading it. I met him once back in the late 1990’s and he signed my record “Revolver” & “John Lennon-Plastic Ono Band” albums. Very nice man.
Oh look, it’s Liam Gallagher…
thanks tammy.
very cool shades, looking strikingly similar to the ones he wore ’79-’80

Thought they were fakes for a second…
1966, John’s transition to leaner with glasses Pepper period.
Where on the ’66 US tour, Chuck?
San Francisco?
I must say, I quite love this photo.
Seattle August 25, 1966…
That almost looks like John’s HowIWonTheWar haircut…
but, it doesn’t seem possible
I quite love this photo too. Never seen it before.

Thanks, Chuck!
This looks like it’s been colourised. Quite a lot of that going on by the looks of the 8 Days a Week trailer.
George cut Lennon’s hair in Boston on August 18 at the Somerset Hotel on their 1966 tour.
@BeatleJim55…
Very cool info that I hadn’t heard.
Not a bad job either…
for a Gretsch player.
Thank you,
KC
How I Won The Tour!
Revolver celebrates its 50 anniversary today! How is that possible?
